How to Reach Out to Recruiters on LinkedIn After Applying for a Job

How do you find the Talent Advisor or Recruiter if it's not posted? I just have the Req ID. Thank you!

I understood that customizing your resume for each job is recommended. However, if your resume is already on LinkedIn and you're applying for various positions, it might be challenging to tailor it for each role. What do you think?

Wow! This video was perfect. I had applied to a job I was interested in and wanted to hit up the recruiter, but no clue what to say without sounding stupid. Followed your advice, she replied the next morning, and now 1 day later, a job interview is lined up. No guarantees of course, but your video worked! If this does not work out, I will follow the same steps next time. Thank you! I also followed your advice on adding my resume to LinkedIn which is a huge help because I am getting much better job search results than I had before.

Can you move on to a different recruiter for the same company if the one you originally messaged the way you recommended didn’t respond? What is the proper way to handle this or would you just let it be?
