I think that the Hawks from Thannagar should have their own movie in phase 2 and I have thought of my own DC cinematic universe.

I would use almost the same formula James Gunn is using by do it in my own way. I’ll start with a full reboot everyone is recast no exceptions. And then have the DCU do chapters with the goal in mind to get to universe changing events for the DCU. The universe changing events are Darkseid War, Crisis on Infinite Earths, and Kingdom Come. I would start with 6 new cinematic projects and a TV show to serve as the prologue to the first chapter which I call Gods Among Us and the 6 projects I’ll list right here

I would also like to clarify that animated and gaming projects will be self contained and set as Elseworlds stories. But this would a great opportunity to explore other characters and concepts in both animation and gaming such as building a DCGU and the Wonder Woman game could be the start of that universe while also remaking and rebooting the game DC Universe Online.

I agree with Zatanna as a JL member. My base would be the JL/Unlimited Roster. Zatanna to replace Hawkgirl. I also might replace Martian Manhunter with Vixen. If the roster is locked to 7.

I'm just gonna lay out my ideas here.
1. Superman: Son Of Tomorrow-similar to the new film, a young Superman but not an origin story, the main villain would be Parasite
2. Green Lantern: Emerald Dawn-John Stewart becomes the new Green Lantern and with Guy Gardener and Jessica Cruz are sent on a mission to find Hal Jordan, main villains are the Sinestro Corps
3. The Flash Forever-As Barry sees visions of the Death Flash, he takes on a successor in Wally West to carry on the Flash legacy from him and Jay Garrick, main villain is Reverse Flash
4. Batman: The Brave And The Bold-I like what James Gunn's going for and never would've thought of it, the main villain would be Deathstroke
5. Justice League: New Frontiers-The new heroes like Wally West, Superman and John Stewart join the League as the League is rendered practically useless after Amazo steals their powers and they have to get new heroes to help. It would also show Superman becoming the new leader of the League through his knowledge after defeating Parasite.
I would have a trilogy for Superman, a 6-film saga for Green Lantern, 4 films for Batman, a show for Wonder Woman, the JLD, Adam Strange and Nightwing. The Adam Strange and a Blue Beetle And Booster Gold show/film would foreshadow a Crisis On Infinite Earths duology. There would also be a trilogy of Teen Titans films

I really like the format of the chapters that Gunn wants to do. I feel like you can tell completely stories over the span of something like 5-8 years. Like I’ve created a full DCU Chapter 1 and 2 (2 has the tv shows in them), and it’s a lot easier to create a story with that. For example my chapter 1 goes like (each gap represents a new year):

I have an idea for you. A Spider-Man Cinematic Universe. I would call it the Cinematic Spider-Verse but without anything related to multiverses or spiderverses. Also no miles or spider-gwen it's just Spider-Man and Spider-Woman. Spider-Woman's origin would be her original origin, she's a spider Evolved into a human but this spider was the same one that bit peter. I would also have the spider be both genetically engineered and shot up with radiation to make it a bit more believable. Flash and Peter became friends throughout high school and they first meet harry and gwen in college like in the comics. I would have gwen die in the 3rd Spider-Man movie, her father dies like he did in the comics in the 2nd movie and mj shows up in the 4th.

The 'trio' or 'Trinity' of the this universe, Spider-Man, Agent Venom, and Spider-Woman. Lizard could be the Hulk of the universe. Black cat would also be on the team and Spider-Man would get the team name, The Enforcers, from her because in this universe black Cat would be a former member of the Original Enforcers and the big 10 yrs or whatever culmination film can be called the new Enforcers or something. I'm really just throwing sht at the wall😅

as for other superheroes, I actually have an entire list characters that soyny can use and I sifted through it to find as many heroes as I could, or villains that can be turned into Heroes like the lizard, Molten Man who is the step-bro of Liz Allan, Silver Sable who I wouldn't make a full on hero, Sable International or The Wild Pack could be sorta like X-Force. There's also Sandman, will O the wisp and basically the entire Outlaws team. And i would do the clone saga but only as 1 movie based on the original Clone saga with some stuff from the second one, Fast-forward, Kaine is with Silver Sable and Ben is with Felicia. I'm currently working on Chapter 4.

If I was doing a DCEU I'll have phase 1 be the set up with superman, batman, wonder women, flash, green lantern and justice league. With the first saga big bad being darkside with the enemy of the first justice league being Doomsday. Throughout the saga there will be hints to darkside's invasion coming but we don't see him fully until the 3rd justice league movie. And at the end of the 5 solo movies the post credit scene would be a green gloved fist punching up once per movie and breaking revealing Doomsday's fist more and more with the 5th being his fist breaking through the ground. This and the presumed death of Superman would show the others that there's threats out there that no one can beat alone and they form the team from at the end.
Phase 2 would have sequels and start introducing magic to the universe with a Zatanna and Constantine movies Zatanna being colourful and hopeful while Constantine is more dark. With the second justice league movies enemy being cyborg superman and bizarro as a Reign of the Superman story with super boy being there in a end credit scene being woken up from his pod.
In all movies they would not kill the enemy with Doomsday being the exception so there's always a chance for them to return or be in a suicide Squad movie. Which wouldn't happen until phase 4 at the earliest so there's a actual reason for the government to think that's a good idea.

I would try to do a DC Cinematic Universe that draws inspiration from DCAU:

Phase 1

Superman- Orign and Brainiac and Lex would be villains. Lex will threaten Superman with Krytonite.

Batman- Death of Bruce’s parents in the opening credits. Joker is the main villain.

Superman 2-Lex Luther tries to find Kryptonite under water and Aquaman and Atlantis are villains.

Green Lantern Corps- Introduces John Stewart and Kyle Rayner.

Flash- Superman may make a cameo during a race around the world with Wally West.

Batman 2- Ras al Ghul and the League of Shadows are villains. Robin introduced. Robin introduced.

The World’s Finest- Batman and Superman team up to fight Lex Luther and Ras al Ghul who are part of The Light.

Phase 2

Static Shock- Big Bang story and Ebon and Metabreed are villains.

Wonder Woman- Origin story and end credits set up for Justice League.

Martian Manhunter- War between green and white martians that destroys civilization on Mars. End credits set up for Justice League.

Justice League- Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, John Stewart, Wally West, and Martian Manhunter fend off white martain invasion. Project Candmus end credits scene.

Dr. Fate- Origin story.

Phase 3

Static Shock 2- Gear would be introduced.

The Secret Society- After Justice League is trying to rebuild from the secret war with Candmus, a vacuum is created for the Light to grow in power.

Justice League Unlimited 2- The Justice League, New Gods, Green Lantern Corps, and The Light have to team up to defeat Darkseid.

Phase 5

Batman Beyond- Batman is too old to keep fighting so Terry McGinis takes on the mantle.

Static Shock 3- Static is an older man and is a well respected hero in the World. He finds a plot involving a Metahuman cure.

Batman Beyond 2- Return of the Joker storyline.

Justice League Beyond- Vandal Savage is able to effect the past to make himself ruler of earth after World War II. Justice League with an older Superman will have to use time travel to win.

Flashpoint- Flash event movie following the consequences of Justice League Beyond. There will be a multiverse based on a lot of different DC TV and movie media. This could reboot the universe.

How I’d do my universe,now something I’d like to do is put a bunch of Greek Mythology into my movie which may be weird but I add it because I feel that it would fit in many characters:

This movie will end my whole Saga but this movie will have many heroes of my universe including Batman,Superman,Wonder Woman,Black Canary,The Flash and John Constantine whip is my original line up as we also include the freedom fighters who including Uncle Sam,Miss America,Wally west (Speed Gauntlet) and Wild Dog but will also enter Shazam and both of the hawks.This movie will have The Batman who laughs as the main Villian but will also have Trigon,Vandal savage and more but hope you like it :)

For me Id focus the point of view of the Batman movies not on Batman but the villians. The first joker movie shows that works, and everyone and their mother knows about Batman's whole deal. A trilogy of tragedies, focusing on two face, mr freeze and then poison ivy. Batman would be less a character, more a force of nature, a spectre of terror. It would be standard villian origin stories, emphasis on the corruption of Gotham, ie with Two Face the GPD and law, Freeze with the medicine/healthcare and gangs, and Poison Ivy with the corrporations (WayneCorp included) and the poor. Two face will be less oh im so random, more assassination of the corrupt to show how arbitrary life is. Mr freeze is about the kafkesque nature of the government and private healthcare, as his wife dies no will help him so hes forced to act on his own. Poison Ivy will be about how the pollution from the big companies is directly hurting the poorer areas, and no all humans must die. Batman will be present in all as a force of justice, portrayed like a horror movie creature, maybe the only one. In the second halfs he will be intrumental in their falls and their final confrontation before being shipped to Arkham.

Superman first movie will be about him working to establish his paragon nature, with Vickie Vale as the main atagonist, not a villain, just sceptical of Superman. The threats will all be mundane, with the final act being a dam failing, which will be hinted to belong to Lexcorp.

Wonder woman would have a duology, the first set in mythical Themiscura, ending with her failing to defeat Ares and getting put on ice, the second would follow Wonder Woman waking up and fighting in the Vietnam war. She thinks Ares is in control but finds herself a the sole divine being in a time of Mortals. Ends with a ski0 to modern day, with her as Diana Prince reading a news story about Superman.

Last movie of Phase One would be a Trinity movie, with Wonder Woman seeking out the other two, patially to help with big disasters, partially just to be around others she feels are like her Superman disagrees with Wonderwomans idea of divine reposeiblity, seeing himself as a human helping others out, Batman is just against working together. After a devastating Tsunami of the Eastcoast of the US (Gotham can still be in New Jersey, Metropolis im moving to Virginia) Wonder woman leads relief efforts, while both Batman and Superman struggle with helping outside their cities, Batman lacks the ability to enact his plans, Superman lacks the know how. Only with Diana's coordination and abilities can they actually make a difference, resulting in them agreeing to team up. Batman, through Batman BS, maintains the illusion that he is supernatural to both WW and Supes.

Phase two introduces three more Heroes, Hawkwoman, in a film about her wrestling with her powers and lacking her soulmate for mysterious reasons, fighting Blackfire. Black canary will be a more street level hero, fighting the penguin's gang with powers inherited from her mother. The movie will focus on themes of inheritance and legacy, with Solomon Grundy as the penguin's main goon. Finally Martian Manhunter, focusing on loss, as he still grieves mars and has to learn to move on and find meaning on Earth, Haunted by Bette Noir, who acts as an embodiement of grief.
A new Batman duology, staring with Joker, as he tries to destroy the police. Second focuses on Harlet and the fallout of the Joker's actions. Batman gains a Robin, who foils joker and harley as duos with dysfunctional relationships.

Superman fights metallo as a gov weapon against him, focusing on the distrust supe's good narure brings.

Wonder woman fights Circe. Both intially seek a relationship due to both being from the mythical past, but Circe crosses WW's moral limes, leading to a fight, leaving them both emotionally scarred.

Justice League Movie, fighting Amazo, who is a Lex and Wayne corp joint venture. the new heroes join, learning to work together.

Standalone green latern movie, John Stewart as the latern, foghting Mongol. The Guardians are partially to blame.

The major flaw is time by the time all these movies got made your actors would be quite old as would your Audience. It was nice you included Shazam would like to see him portrayed more like his currant run. Not like a kid as Shazam but still Billy just mature. Anyway yea time how many movies a year per chapter It sound cool but you need to condense it to like a 10 year time line.
