The key is to put your OP's where you can harvest multiple resources, at least 2. Sometimes you can get lucky and find 3 in one spot.

There's an even better place to buy some resources, it's called "Outland". I've entered there for the first time after like 26 hours lol it's not obvious that is a shop, i thought it was a residential building.. and also you don't need to build all the cargo links in the same PLANET, but in the same SYSTEM. Then you have the other cargo link if you want to build and connect things outside that system.

How to create cargo link?

I cannot link two outposts in different planes WTF. I built a cargo link on both and nothing

I've noticed cities and towns also have cargo link terminals, what for?

I think you can create a cargo link from multiple planets considering you can build almost 50 outposts with all the right skills leveled
