Are you using a HDMI capture card to record the RPi?

I tryed booting from usb it did not work out well lol

I got manjaro gnome version on my pi 400 and its awesome. Just one problem is that the wallpaper is limited to one. So you may need to download an image, Not a problem though. Just somthing they need to work on to get more wallpapers for the end user. :)

Biggest question is is it run obs flowlessly please make a video if possible I want to use rpi 4 4gb for game streaming like pubg or freefire codm please answer this question if possible

Can you add it to the BerryBoot launch menu with other Pi4 distributions?

I tried it on raspberry pi and its working smoothly but I have gpio 3.5inch TFT display do how can I make it work on it

I have the 8 GB version of the Pi 4B, and so far Manjaro works just fine.

AND I USE KDE [runs away]

Jokes aside, the setup process used a GUI instead of a command interface.

they added manjaro to rpi-imager, with options for mate, kde, minimal and xfce desktops!

I just installed Manjaro KDE on my Pi 4 8 GB. WiFi doesn't work. It won't connect to my 2.4 GHz channel and doesn't see my 5 GHz channel. Apparently, based on reading the forums, this is a problem with Manjaro that hasn't been solved except by using work arounds.

I'm wondering what is the memory usage after the system bootup with that distro? I'm using Manjaro KDE on my desktop computer and it eats quite a bit of its RAM, so I'm very curious how it works on raspberry. And are there some freezes while the system uses the SWAP partition? Thanks! :)

Hello eta prime! I love the manjaro pi4 image but i don't find any instructions on the net for widevine drm, ppsspp, redream and kodi with widevine drm Netflix under AArch64! That's why I use "RaspEX". In Manjaro I can turn off the annoying screen tearing with one setting, that doesn't work in RaspEX (a special Rasbian image)! So I would much rather have the programs described above running in Manjaro... can you help me / us?

In Manjaro kann ich firefox mit einer Einstellung das nervige Screen Tearing abstellen, das klappt in RaspEX (ein spezielles Rasbian Image) nicht! Daher würde ich viel lieber die oben beschriebenen Programme in Manjaro zum laufen bekommen... kannst du mir / Uns helfen?

I don't know if the Manjaro install has the AUR ( Arch User Repository ) but it is worth adding it if it exists.

Add yourself to the 'Wheel' group, it is the same as the 'Sudo' group on Debian.


Then look at the /etc/sudoers file and uncomment this section if it is commented:



# Allow members of group sudo to execute any command
# %wheel ALL=(ALL:ALL) ALL

Hello was wondering if you can do the overclocking for the pi4 using Note++ with this Operating System? I'm new to both the pi4 and linux and was just curious!

Keep in mind that if you're using your 4B as a media center you'll have horrible performance issues, stuttering and dropped frames, with Manjaro.

Has anyone tried running Manjaro or Arch with a portable screen? Got one for this porpuse but can't seem to find anyone that has done a mobile Manjaro/Arch setup.

is it possible to install trizen on the pi 4? i'd like to install chrome (not chromium!) to watch netflix on it. It's a pain in the a** to do that on raspian ... :-(

All right. Everything's fine. Here is only lacks the most conventional Skype.
