I positively dislike this product. Battery failed, I got treated like I was a criminal when I complained, battery got replaced(or whatever it was they did), and 30 uses later it starts losing power again. BS product. Do not buy it.Not worth the hassle.

The sounds which comes from Dyson vacuum is normal ?
We bought V10 cyclone, and I am using it about 10 month, and 1 month ago it has problems (turning off while i used) so the technical services fixed the trigger and changed the filter but after that our vacuum has this sounds like in video, before it was different. Is it normal ? Or maybe someone else has this problem?
I don’t expect the magic from Dyson Vacuum, but for this price i thought that it shouldn't be breaking so often and in that short time.

I WANT TO BUY DYson cordless battery charger, where to order ?

I bought mine yesterday. I fully charged it last night. Today I was able to vacuum my kitchen and hallway before the charge was completely gone. I'm going to charge it again and see if I can get more done on the low setting. To be honest, I am so very disappointed in this product. It vacuums very well, but why pay so much when you need two days to vaccum your home. I will likely return this product tomorrow.

Can this be used on hardwood? I just got one shoot I hope so :(

Direct Drive Cleaner Head: 25 Mins - 7 mins on max
Fluffy and Mini Motörhead: 30 mins - 8 mins on max
Non motor tools: 40 minutes - 10 minutes on max

Dyson needs to have a switch to let your finger off the trigger while vacuuming

Dyson is a big corporation that does not care about the environment. They produce cheap products that break just after warranty is expired. I purchased a vacuumed and the battery died 6 month after the two year warranty expired. They offered nothing and I could not even buy a new battery.

Got mine today. Only comes with the first two heads...third one not included...the one that gets into the couch and random edge places. Reading after a few months it'll scratch my floorboards...unsure whether I made a good decision.

Would the v7 head work with the v8? Mine a small clip has broken and v7 is no longer in stock

Hi! I’m very happy with my Dyson, but I’ve a problem… my v8 vacuum does not release the container to remove the garbage, it got stuck and could not release it, what can I do?

The attachments have almost no suction. Why. Won't pick up even 1 piece of cat litter.

Mine showed a blinking red light when charging so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and now it’s back to blinking blue lights. Does that mean my batteries going bad?

Don't buy this hoover to hoover your house. you will be frustrated, very frustrated.

1) the 'wall holster' only holds 3 tools it comes with 6! so the other three have to lay around or Dyson support recommend “putting them in a draw…” but why make half a wall holder in the first place?
2) it takes 2 days to hoover your house, the charge lasts for less than 10 minutes!!! good luck speed cleaning your house in that time - you can have a 5 hour rest though whilst you wait for it to recharge.
3) the 'exhaust; blows air out near the handle... so often if used with the short fitting the exhaust blows all the dust away before you get to it!!!
4) Dyson support said "get a toothbrush and a tooth pick" to clean the various filters - yes really - otherwise it doesn't pick anything up. so get a good toothbrush as you'll need to clean the hoover inside and out at LEAST every month... washing the filter… and drying it, more time to relax and think about hoovering tomorrow.
5) to extend charging - get another battery - Dyson support advise to "remove the 3 screws holding the battery in place... and get another battery" - so you get double the hoovering time, double the charge time too (10 hours) I have done this and now the battery falls out every time I use it... I guess it's another 'feature' feels a bit unsafe though having a heavy battery falling out every time you pick it up... not sure about Health and Safety - but it was recommended by Dyson...

So buy this for hoovering crumbs off the table and little things - not a whole house hoover - it is underperforming, under powered and over priced.
