Im just starting my new website, with squarespace, though your content sounds encouraging, Im not understanding all the terms. Do you have any content like this for dummies? haha.
ОтветитьRe number 3 do you have to submit each page to search engines?
ОтветитьThank you Becca! I love your teaching style and learn so much from you. Couple Qs:
1. Does history on Google create better ranking... I have a client with an old wordpress site that I am trying to convince to come over to me and SS, but they have been told they would lose their ranking history. Is that true?
2. If Google hates popups, should we not use them? What are some best practices for using a popup?
Thank you!
Hey Becca, can you please help? I'm getting a "Page is not indexed: Alternate page with proper canonical tag" with my home page URL slug "/home" – the home page URL with no slug is indexed however. My site is appearing no where in Google searches. For my Google business profile, the website was approved and verified but doesn't show to the public. Do you know how to fix these issues? Thank you.
ОтветитьI keep getting a skip to content or it basically erases my website and says it's not there what would I do to fix?
ОтветитьJust watched this Becca - your energy on live videos is so high! SO much truth in this video ✅
Ответитьreally appreciate it the video, I bailed on on my social accounts for my own well being.
ОтветитьWow Thanks Becca, I didnt know any of that. I few things I picked up and have taken on board. I love your seasons..
ОтветитьThanks. Although I do find that 99% of SEO advice is focused on creating blog posts. For example, most SEO companies get a lot of their traffic from blog posts, and the vast majority of their advice is how to get blog posts to rank. There is much, much, much less advice on how to get product pages to rank if you are selling products rather than services (where focusing on knowledgable blog posts makes much more sense). We do have a blog, and it gets reasonable traffic, but the number of people who visit the blog and then go on to look around at products is essentially zero (even though we include links to the product pages wherever possible & relevant). This is a common issue with a lot of SEO advice - it focusses on traffic. If the traffic doesn't lead to sales, it's just a vanity metric. I'm not saying the blog has no value, but what value it does have is hard to measure. So the general mantra of "create quality content" only goes so far if you are in the business of selling products rather than services & advice.
Ответить<-- Not on Instagram :) This was fantastic, thank you! I thought you did a great job and I learned a lot.
ОтветитьVery good, but... please don't keep recapping. I did exit halfway through the video when I heard the fourth recap of points.
ОтветитьI learn so much from you. Thank you so much, happy to subscribe.
ОтветитьTBH I use squarespace simply for the fact that I can turn to this channel for CSS answers 😂 I normally use Wordpress
ОтветитьHey, really liked this video and did not mind you talking fast at all. You touched on these myths swiftly without lingering on each and everyone unnecessarily long.
Perhaps I am the only one but I would love to see how you approach your seo strategy and keyword research.
Thanks for all that 411...very useful! Love it 😊
ОтветитьThanks for putting this info out on YT..
Much appreciated.
I'm definitely not on Instagram... or Twitter... or Tiktok... or Snapchat... or LinkedIn... or...you get the idea. 🙂
