Fix A referral was returned from the server Error in windows 10 / 11

Thanks a lot. This has solved one of my client's issue, where in they use a custom .exe file for domain joining.
As soon as the .exe file is executed the above error.

So you deactivate UAC completely so every program including maleware and viruses can run as administrator without prompting :D
Yeah... Seems like a good idea...
It might solve the problem with the error message but brings a ton of other problems with it.
