1080p still amazing for gaming .
Ответитьthanks for the advice, didn't think a 1080p at 24 inch would be better for me.
ОтветитьWatching this in 720p resolution in 2023 made me confused 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI don't understand to much English can anyone saying me which one suggest 😢😢? Can i go 27 inch 2k display? 145hz ?
Ответить1080p 60hz for secondary monitor, 1440p 144hz primary
ОтветитьPerfect 👌🏻
ОтветитьI got a new 27" 165hz 1080p for $85 on a bargain and im a lil bit regreting it lol
Ответитьgreat video!
ОтветитьI have a really weird setup in that I have a 1080p ultra wide and a 1440p 27 inch I use the ultra wide almost exclusively for work and productivity and when it's time to game I switch to the 1440 p
ОтветитьDoes this monitor have custom optic built in and does it have built in speakers pls I need to know right now
Ответитьin fact benQ monitor have a 10 bit color panel, that means close to 990 million colors of difference
ОтветитьLooking back, he would have convinced me to save $$$ and go 1080p through the pandemic. Good guy Dawid
Ответить1080p laptop gamer all the way...
ОтветитьIt’s not, I own a 1080p 27 inch monitor and it just kinda sucks and everything is too big by default and slightly low quality noticeably.
I upgraded to a 32 inch 1440p monitor which is Soooo much better
1080p on anything above 24 inches should be illegal!
ОтветитьHot boy Dawid!
ОтветитьI remember when the only laptop had a resolution of 1600x900 with the monitor size of 16.4? Like the old Sony Vaio Laptops or the Laptops in General back in 2008-2009... Now after that I used my TV which was only 21.5" but already had 1080p but good if I would compare with the those monitors today I think the newer would look a lot better... Like it was full of pixelgrains. LUL. My current Monitor is the SA270 from Acer and I bought it from the Discounter Aldi and ngl... it's still decent for what it is. Ofc it's just 1080p at max Resolution but I rather have everything readable instead of higher resolution which would've been very smoll... Sometimes I don't understand why 11.6" Netbooks would've 1080p resolution and then everything is just too small...
ОтветитьIt’s wild watching this in 2023. A 1080p monitor with the same specs as a 1440p one now just costs the same, and you can get really excellent monitors in the $300 range. This debate is academic, now. Just go 1440p.
Ответитьis that background photo from the game firewatch?
ОтветитьThink of it this way: a good screen will stay with you far longer than most of your PC parts. I guarantee you that once you get a 1440p screen, going back to 1080 screens will not be an option.
ОтветитьI love 4k, on my 6025 x 1080p monitor. It's an UHD. Screen is IPS. I prefer IPS due to the lack of burn in. 😉
ОтветитьMeh ,,,my MSI 27 inch , FHD 1080 with display port,,, only 16 months and started having flickering...I bought a pair and both started having the same problem WTH!!
ОтветитьShould i get a samsung 144hz 3840×1080 over dell 60hz 5120×1440??
ОтветитьDude wear glasses and he use 70 cm screen in front of his face, what a paradox!?
Ответитьi believe bigger screen is better and help make your gaming experience more immersive it is true about low ppi but for the last 3 year i have been using fhd 32inch tv and loved it the whole time as i was nearly a arm away and couldnt see the pixel
Ответить4k isnt even enough for me, but its all we got until better gpus come out.
ОтветитьFor me it's way more worth it for higher resolution at 27 inch, though there's other factors to consider. I run a 5700xt as well.
I sit 2-3 Feet away. I've got x1 1440p 75hz IPS as my primary and x2 1080p 144hz LCDs as secondary side panels. I used to use the sides as Primaries. Between how much better the Colors are and the higher resolution, the lower refresh is worth the trade- the extra 15 vs standard 60 is noticeable though. The side Monitors are a bit more blurry but 90% of my time is spent on the primary. I had a 4k for a short time and 1440p is superior to me and not just because of gaming- you really need a 32+ for 4k if you ask me. 1080 -> 1440 is noticeable though, and I love the IPS colors, the color depth is so pretty.
a good 1080p monitor will serve you longer if you are not regularly updating your pc. at some point you will be under 60-30fps and thats going to happen a lot sooner the higher your resolution.
Ответитьhow about 32" 1440p the same ppi as 1080p 24"
ОтветитьYes
ОтветитьYou solved my problem. I'm actually a budget gamer that plays only DOTA2 I'm going for a 1440p 75hz. tysm
Ответить1440p 24 inch vs 1440p 27 inch. I like the higher pixel density, but is 27 inch better overall including gaming? Like for seeing enemies better if they are far in the back of the map?
ОтветитьWell my 2012 Macbook Pro Retina 15.4in is far better than anything I've ever used..
ОтветитьI am not looking for gaming purpose. I am primarily looking for office work and photo editing. Which one would you suggest?
ОтветитьThank you! I couldn't decide on a new gaming monitor. I was "1080P vs 1440P 27-inch gaming monitors"? This helped me a lot.
Ответитьi played with 42 tv for about 3 years and now am thinking to buy a 2k monitor
ОтветитьI’m going from a 65 inch 4k 60hz tv to a 27 inch 165 hz 1440 p monitor bc I want the fps for gaming but I’m not paying the 400+ $$$ they want for a 4k one
Ответитьppi is the most important then resolution underconsidered ( the manufacturers should put it on the box ) then other stuff. also for gaming GLOSSY is a must.
ОтветитьSome day when I get a new GPU the goal is 75Hz freesync/gsync ultrawide 34 inch, if games are too taxing I drop them to 16-by-9 via iShadow VDM so I can use the left side of the monitor for 880x1440 windows desktop/browser wiki pages, instead of just wasting it on black pillarboxes from normal 16-by-9 fullscreen. Half resolution is 720p which is nice in a pinch also.
ОтветитьNothing about movies?
Bummer...
2023 gaming on a 165hz 1080p monitor and couldn't be happier!
ОтветитьGuys i need help ASAP!
I have to choose:
27 inch 1920x1080p 144hz or 24 inch 1920x1080p 165hz
They say 27” is not good for 1080p and 24” is much better at that resolution..
Help!
Don’t mind me watching this when my first 1440p monitor is coming Thursday.
Ответитьdepending on your budget and graphics card, 1080p is most of the time ther better option for fps and still looking good
ОтветитьDude im getting a crua 144HZ-167HZ 1080p im just happy that it isn’t 580p
Ответить3 years later that yet STILL holds up
Ответитьcan i handle two 27" 1440p monitors (60hz and 165hz) with my ryzen 5 5600, and rx6600? thanks
ОтветитьOk I bought 23.8 1080p and coming from a 15.6 laptop it isn't good. I can't imagine 27inch 1080p...
Ответить
