How to UNLOCK 60 Hertz on Quest 2 and 3 in 2024

I figured the quest 3 one out 3 days after it came out but a different command

When I try the custom command it’s giving me an error

In your preferred way, does my headset have to be plugged in while playing? Or can i just plug in my headset, press run and then unplug it?

i personally recommend using the default hertz, 72. its a perfect mix for branching and walls and isnt laggy (unlike 60hz)

the command in sidequest isnt working
