Wow, I tacked this workout on after a 30 minute treadmill workout....I could barely do this workout...its a great finisher ... as always THANK YOU for KICK-BUTT CONTENT!🙃

Lots of jumping!! Intense, but fun.
The thought 'just 12 minutes' definitely helps to give your all.
Good to throw this one in before a more low impact workout to give it a boost.
