AWESOME! 2021 Land Rover Defender 90 Review

Canadian coolness at it best

I had a 2 door Bronco 6 cylinder Big Bend. It was destroyed in a roll over accident after having it for 6 months. Now have a Defender 90 4 cylinder arriving in May. Didn’t go back to the Bronco due to the noise on the Hwy. Great around town, however on a trip of any length the wind noise becomes an issue.

Can they make the 110 version a two door...??

IS A UNIQUE CAR, SHORT, WITH AIR SUSPENSION AND ALL OFF ROAD PACK. TOYOTA PRADO SHORT VERSION CANNOT PUT THE BEST OFF ROAD PACK . WRANGLER AND BRONCO ONLY OFF ROAD SO I ORDERED 90 I WAITED A SUCH CAR TO BE SHORTER BUT FULL EQUIPPED ON-OFF ROAD .

I thought i would like this new 90 but it looks mega stubby and that rear squat under acceleration makes me want to puke! And then to think they want $75,000 for this hell no.

Looks great but apparently that thing is one thirsty sucker...

what's the "tape hack" ?

does anybody know if the new defender has a way of stiffen the suspensions while riding on road (as opposed to off road where I am expecting them to be soft) ? I have driven a 90 yesterday but I had this feeling of an ever soft ride although the "adaptive dynamic suspension" package was available on the vehicle I tested.

Can you change the default offroad mode? ie. have gravel as default in summer, snow in winter, and then the user has to change to normal or eco on the highway?

As cool as this car looks, the bottom line is its junk.
If you want to reward a company with your hard earned money for giving you unreliable junk, more power to you.

Actually the 90 is called 3 door because the og one had side facing seats and 110 5 door for the same reason

Length of the 110 but with only two doors. Back end is way too cut off.

Yah there awesome....until buy one and it sits in the shop for 7 months and your dealer courtesy car constantly breaks down. Absolute trash can money pit on wheels!. Sister had one and there just overpriced lawn ornaments!

I really like that. much cooler than the 110. the four door just seems more mall crawler.

Ah, the stroller test. Very important. Go bag, snacks, stroller, weekend bags.

That fact that it gets classed as an SUV makes me sad, but it also means it shouldn't even be called a Defender. It's the end of an era as LR clearly don't make dedicated off-road vehicles anymore.
