All you need to do is figure out your ideal vision for your life and career, prioritize your goals/projects/tasks according to that vision, and focus only on those things. There are definitely some hard lessons I needed to hear from this video. I think my most important take away is working on a bunch of small bits of projects and then moving on to the next and then missing a launch or trend because I was inspired and started another before it was finished. I really hope that changes now that I'm more self-aware and actively focusing on sticking to certain goals. Thank you!

Your ideas on goal setting and breaking them up into 3-4 months is awesome and has helped me so much. I din't feel like I am drowning any more. Next year will be a lot less stressful. Thanks a ton!

As for all the story ideas that pop into my head, I keep an informal plot box - 4x6 cards with the kernel of an idea written down. I know I will never write them all, some aren't worth writing, but it's fun to rifle through the box every once in a while.
