My uncle had cemented bilateral knee replacement surgery back in 2012 again in 2015 he had polyarthritis and styphlococal arthritis now he is feeling pain in left knee and from several months he is unable to do cycling and walking ,
He is 82 yrz old
so can he do these exercises or what should we do ?

ОтветитьMy physician recommended I watch this video and I appreciate it. I have done some of the hip flexor exercises, butI like you modification to lock the knee by raising the toes. Also the squat to touch the chair. Thanks

ОтветитьCan I do these exercises if I have knee pain now? I had X-rays already Dr did not see anything serious. I have not been active in two months due to respiratory infection and now I'm getting over Covid. But now my knee hurts . Pills won't help. Diclofenac not working. My knee always flars once in a while. But this time it's bad.

ОтветитьThanks I started doing this for a week once a day 30 reps for first 5 exercises and eventually added some weight and the muscles around my knee seem a lot better

ОтветитьI’m not able to lunge well at all. My knee just won’t flex that much. Is there anything else I can do to finally bring me to a good lunge. I used to do it with a step under my front leg but now even that is not possible.please help me.Thanks.🙏😊

ОтветитьHi Dr Jo - have had multiple arthroscopies due to meniscus tears and recently hurt my knees doing isometric leg presses. Following your various knee strengthening videos and slowly improving (over a 6 week period). I'm also spinning very gently on my bike which is on an indoor trainer. However, if stand on the pedals, I cannot complete a full revolution. The knee becomes extremely sore and it feels like i have no strength. Can you suggest a rehab strategy to address this please.
