In other words, 1 gram per lb of BW.
Ответить0.8 per pound not kilograms.
ОтветитьHi, I'm 36 years old, 183 cm, 85 kg, 20% body fat, exercise 3x times a week with weights, gol to be
shredded, in diet now 2000 calories and just define some musle. I trying to hit 1.8x 85=153g of protein daily.
Do you think thats enought? Or try to increase to 2 grams that would be
170gram of protein a day?
The amount of offended Americans😂 just because he used Metric system instead of your usual nonsense 😂
ОтветитьThis guy doesnt what is he talking about, do not listen him! 0,7G more than enough for the most people
ОтветитьI wish you guys start making videos for us American scholars. Finds a conversion calculator
ОтветитьSorry guy this video is disinformation and BS. Its been proven and the info is out there that isnt just opinion.
Ответитьdo pounds man
ОтветитьShow cancer! I need to know what happened to my daughter
ОтветитьWhat is the real intake you should have of protein per meal?? Can your body only absorb so much protein per hour?
ОтветитьSo, is that current weight or ideal weight? Help, somebody?
ОтветитьNo he’s not saying it’s okay to eat a fat greasy steak.
ОтветитьAlso sleep is underrated and the most important thing for basically everything
Ответить😊 I exercise 3 - 4 times a week and I take protein just for the heck of it. I usually put 4 to 5 huge scoop in the blender with water and mango🤗
My workouts are from 2 -3 hours
0.8 g per POUND (LBS) is sufficient not kg
ОтветитьWe're not on the metric system.
ОтветитьI wonder, Its body weight ? Or lean body mas? People who weight 130kg (which mostly is fat) woud need almost approximately 200g, bit when we exlude fat this number would be smaller
ОтветитьGuys can someone tell what protein does to your body (because im 12 i dont know everything)
ОтветитьMy friend eats 50,000 grams of protein a day is that enough protein what😮
ОтветитьIt is pretty enough actually. I eat around 0.7 g/lbs (I’m 210 lbs) and did bodybuilding for 16 years.
ОтветитьBody weight or lean body weight? Asking for my obese ass
Ответитьi def do not get enough protein on the daily because i forget mostly, and it sucks because i think it makes recovery from HIIT style training more difficult, maybe
ОтветитьFor me, that is 3000 calories of those protein bars that have 10 grams of protein per 200 calories. That will make me obease. I guess protein bars are a scam.
ОтветитьYour muscles need a daily supply of protein to rebuild themselves and stay functional but the required amount is proportional to your lean muscle mass and not total body weight
ОтветитьSo that’s how many scoops per day you said?
I go by scoops; preferably cookies and cream flavor 😂
I looked all through your videos and I cannot find one on the pancreas please do one on it
ОтветитьAll.
That is how much.
Heres the kicker: you use carbohydrates and minerals salts from greens and vegetables to produce protein. Its why body builders carb load to build muscle. In fact if you get too much protein from other sources your body just stores it as glycogen in your liver. And can also disrupt kidney function so if your not a professional body builder, I wouldn't be so concerned with protein powders and such. Just eat MORE FOOD following 'calorie density' principles.
ОтветитьNot true. But best receipt for kidney stones
Ответитьi think people are saying 0.8 - 1 grams per pound wich is in the same range as 2 per kg
ОтветитьFor as long as I’ve been an athlete and going to the gym I’ve been told this information but in lb. Not kg. Big difference. This clears things up
ОтветитьIncorrect. Stress an resistance builds muscle not high volumes of protein.. stop trying to buy muscles..guys try to buy muscles with protein like women buy boob jobs it’s not the same. Stop being lazy an go hard in the gym there are no short cuts
Ответитьhey just wanted to ask out of curiosity, do i have to be a doctor to do what you guys do? or just a degree on biology would be enough?
ОтветитьI need amino acids, not protein
ОтветитьYep, this is how much I eat as a 5'2 woman. It's awesome. Animal based. I eat eggs, steak, ground beef, liver, bacon, etc. I just don't eat carbs, so it doesn't create plaque in my arteries. No junk food, ever.
ОтветитьYou know that meme of Kylo Ren screaming "More"? Insert that here.
Ответить2g/kg bodyweight, so for a 70kg female that's 140g protein/day. That's like a steak or 2 burger patties 😋 add on some eggs & dairy products and you're good to go.
Animal based 💪🏻
I don’t know why so many people are getting confused. You can pretty easily reach this amount of protein by eating some beans, meat and/or soup. And for the people wondering about whether obese people should eat this much protein per kilogram, it’s actually recommended that they eat more. Since foods with a lot of protein are more satiating, eating hearty meals combined with rigorous exercise is ideal for losing weight, even if it seems counterproductive at first.
ОтветитьYou guys are laughing at him while he pretends to be too stupid to launder billions of dollars. He laughs at you.
ОтветитьBut what if you're already obese?
ОтветитьLiterally confuzzeled me
ОтветитьI can't eat that much. I'll never understand how people get obese.
ОтветитьSo I got one question on the measurements. Is it that total body weight to be accounted or only the Fat Free Body Weight to further multiply with 1.2-2 times per kg? Coz with this the overall intake will have a huge difference. Please suggest 🙏
ОтветитьKilograms… 🤔
ОтветитьPeople need a smart scale that estimates : BW, BMI (iffy) and percentage of body fat. Subtract the water and body fat, you'll get a more accurate muscle and bone weight. Then base that weight with your fitness level and activities for how much protein you need. Fat and water don't need nutrients.
ОтветитьWhat are you going for ? Jesus Christ..
