ОтветитьThx❤
ОтветитьIf you are having trouble with 'rational thoughts' you can ask yourself 'what would say to a friend or family member"?
What advice would you give to someone that wasn't you?
Are you Irish or American?!?
ОтветитьThank you for making this. I'm working on this inner voice, because it's ruining my life.
Ответитьsuch a great video !
ОтветитьPlease make more videos, this video is amazing!
ОтветитьI need to try out the triple column technique, but it really feels like my automatic thoughts arent even distorted 🤷♀️
ОтветитьThank you, this gives me hope and direction and I really need it, your work is very much appreciated here
ОтветитьWow could you be my therapist???
ОтветитьThanks for making this!
ОтветитьAwesome video
ОтветитьGreatttt🎉❤❤❤
ОтветитьLearning about the importance of self-reflection and taking time for oneself resonated deeply with me. Allocating meaningful time for self-discovery and growth has been an essential part of boosting my self-esteem.
ОтветитьSmall suggestion, check your pronunciation of:
Column / collyum
thoughts / tots
Three / tree
Third / turds
Others /udders
Sounds like h is being dropped
Thanks man. Great video, beautifully explained. Earned a new sub with this one. Thanks again.
ОтветитьWhy your channel name is "just passing time"?
ОтветитьThank you, appreciate your help
Ответитьmy "inner critic" is often my mom's critical attitude towards me that I've internalised with time...
ОтветитьYou have to do stuff in order to interact with what your self-esteem is built off of,
if you constantly do things that are making you feel bad, then you need to find the solution to it
it's so difficult to even get to the point in which you realize that the problem is not yourself but the fact that you lack of self steem.
ОтветитьNo Nonsense
ОтветитьVery helpful, thanks!
Ответитьidk why but i suddenly wanna cry
ОтветитьThis is compelling material. I enjoyed a similar book that was equally compelling. "Rising From Within: Unlocking Your Innate Power to Conquer Adversity" by Vincent Starling
ОтветитьI have my own version of the three column practise. Hence, when I saw it on here, I felt quite proud of myself. I've been doing things right all along, but it will take time until it becomes second-nature <3
ОтветитьAmazing video, is helping me on a dark time
ОтветитьPersonally I fight with my inner voice until it faints then I put cat ears on it before throwing it in the trash and I take a picture. Years of harassment and she thinks she’ll get away with it? haha no
ОтветитьGet rid of satanic psychos and psy opps that are designed to break a target down mentally and spiritually.
ОтветитьI never compare myself… I struggle feeling deserving of a victory, success, awards, promotions. I simply do not care about them yet want them so that’s the paradox. When I do close in on a big bonus, a reward, a week or two of a consistent progress towards a goal, I suddenly give in, and catastrophe sets in. I ensure that the success is completely gone like it never existed
ОтветитьI will be using the triple column method
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьThis was a shorter video but very informative and helpful!! Thank you!
Ответитьexcellent work
ОтветитьNobody wants want write everything down and create tables and graphs. Waste of time
ОтветитьColyum is a new way of saying it ❤
ОтветитьThank you. 15 minutes a day is doable.
ОтветитьOn and on this goes
ОтветитьAny tools or framework to help us get to the rationalization process easier?
ОтветитьHas this exercise had any long term positive impacts that you might feel comfortable sharing? I see many of these types of videos and most of the comments are filled with hope or give results after just a short period of time. Has anyone has lasting impact here? Thanks in advance!
ОтветитьOh so this is how people end up not caring about anything and have no morals, principles or standards?
Musts and shoulds are just as important as fending off those thoughts, why? Because you can’t create confidence by negative assertions or proving things wrong. Therefore I disagree with your last point about building confidence, and definitely responding with the rational of “sometimes I slip into this and that” is not a good gap sealer. So what's the treatment to sealing that gap and having confidence? Answer is, by being principled or by having values that you are so attached to no one would be able to change your mind about it. Those values should be so rigid and fundamental in your life and essentially define you and so they need to be unchanging absolute truths. What are those values? It’s simply religion. A set of positive assertions including laws and regulations that is divinely revealed to humanity and transmitted by messengers to us, sent and preserved from the creator of the universe. The creator that knows the entirety of our composition, our mental and physical composition and dynamics.
If you don’t believe in God you will never be mentally stable and your mind will always eat away at you and your silly rationals will eventually stop working. God is the most merciful, he would never leave humanity without guidance.
The most preserved religion on earth and the extension of all the previous messages
that was sent to humans is Islam, which literally means submission. So before patting yourself on the back, recognize your infinite weakness and need to God and ask for his guidance then go read the Quran and know those rules that you have to follow to have a good life.
Btw great accent
ОтветитьGr8 video. You've got yourself a new subby
