Day 1: THE BURNNN
Day 2: Took a break but finished, currently 140lb, goal weight is 110-120 lb. About to go on a long run w/ my dog.
Doing this as an overweight/slightly obese teenager!
Goal: to get out of the 160-180 marks.
Day 1: i started this last week hut got unmotivated due to getting sick and feeling like i would never be able to achieve my weightloss goal. But i did do it today, and i found it fun. It was a good burn and it helped me get more motivated! Im going to be documenting this over the weeks, remind me!
Day 2: first i did a stomach and thigh workout and now i did this. I did indeed feel a burn lol but thats what makes it good. I still find this fun, and pushed myself even though i was super tired. I havent experienced that amnt changes yet, but thats understandable since it is only the second day.
Got any modifications for someone with bad knees?

doing this for 4 months 5 days a week!
day 1: good! I work out before school so i was a little sore
day 2: I feel the soreness oml, love the relaxedness of this! I’ve been pairing it with two pilates videos and it BURNS ! <3
day 3: skipped but did do cardio! Had a dentist appointment in the morning so i couldn’t do my morning workouts
day 4: yay!!! i got back into it, i was scared i’d keep subconsciously skipping. The burn feels great, though my body is hella sore, in a good way though!! excited for results, some places are all already feeling a bit more firm!
day 5: I did this, had to do it after school but atleast i did it! I can feel my thighs and ah become more defined! yay!!!
day 6: I have the flu so i had to do a modified version. Still did it though!!
day 7: Same thing has yesterday, can’t wait until i’m better so i can breath properly!! <3

Day 1: was incredibly amazing and didn’t felt like too much.
Day 2: oh hell my legs hurts, but I do 2 other videos (back training and neck/jaw) I feel completely numb, because I drove bike over 2 hours and walked a lot. I’m very confident about it tho. I will win!!

Plus, I want to become more productive and stronger. Still shy to let anyone know though, ^^ my mother thinks exercising's not good for me because I'm “too skinny.” So I'm doing this in secret.. :<

Day 1 ✅: Stopped for a few seconds on some of the workouts, got through it though! ( It was quite tough, and my arms were shaky and stiff )
Day 2 ✅: Felt a bit nauseous and lightheaded, was kinda sweaty too! Legs were stiff, certainly don’t feel lazy now though, haha!
Day 3 ✅: Wasn’t as challenging as the other days, still has the same difficulty level though! Bit shaky.

Day 1: did the workout it didn’t do the last step I had to go eat
Day 2: just went on a super long walk
Day 3:did the workout but didn’t do the superman’s and took a shower to feel better
Day idk skiped few days cuz didn’t feel like it

ОтветитьI am a competitive swimmer trying to stay in really good shape this season so I am doing this everyday along with stretches and my hour and a half long swim practices. Here is what I’ve done so far and I will continue to update!
Day 1: started with some stretching which felt really nice, then this (which I’ve done before) but this felt nice and was a good challenge, swim practice was not very intense as it was the first day for new swimmers and we did some light training.
Day 2: stretching felt nice 👍 this definitely was a bit of a challenge I could definitely not hold the plank 😅 but I really feel that these exercises are working! Swim practice was all kick (only using our legs) and then speed training with different strokes, so it made my legs and arms super sore lol
Day 3: stretching and I definitely feel more flexible which was my worst strength as an athlete, this was actually easier today and I was able to get through everything, even the plank and sumo squats much easier than before! Haven’t gone to swim practice yet but I will update!
as someone with heavy bust, i hate jumping, moreover im a student who has to sit throughout the day in order to study, hence its very important for me to remain healthy so i just wanted a routine that can keep me healthy, thanks for this video, i will also be really happy if someone could recommend something else that can help me to keep myself healthy☺
