Iske kuch pravdhan Central list me hai to kuch state list me bhi hai. 26 July 2024 ko supreme court ne. 8:1 ke bahumat se lagu kar is par judgement bhi diya hai . Yahi judgement West bengal banam keshavray industri limited 2004 ke mamle me bhi aya tha . Yani ab state bhi MMDRA par cess tax le sakte hai...👍👍
