Wondering still what the range would be colder winter scenarios. For example we have now -15 / - 20 celsius weather here in Finland which can make climate control etc to chugg.

ОтветитьDifferene in E-tron range with 21 inch wheels versus 19 inch??? Hi Bjorn any idea if 21 inch wheels have a big impact on the range? According to price offerings I got for a (updated +25Km range) 2020 sportline S model with 21 inch would have a WLTP of 372 km while the standard version with 19inch has 419 km. Do you think this difference is this big in reality (>10%??) Thank you

ОтветитьFrom what I have observed most car manufactures outside of Tesla tend to put out numbers their cars simply can't do while Tesla seems to be very close to what they claim the car can do. In looking at these new EV's they seem to now cost too much when compared to the newest Tesla's coming out. If the Model Y can do as Tesla claims it can do these cars the other manufactures are coming up with just can't compete. This car starts at >$74k which pits it against the performance Model Y at $68.5k with seven seats, auto pilot, and in a blue color with an est range of 280 miles on a charge and has no front trunk, and is very slow in comparison. If I didn't know any better I'd have to conclude these other car manufactures allowed Tesla to get out too far ahead of them. The I Pace at >$70k, E Tron at >$74k, and upcoming Mercedes at >$70k how are they to compete with Tesla's Model Y?
I wonder how VW is going to fair in the near future?

Ответить-6 degrees is very mild and not cold at all. Also road was very clean, not slush or snow, so with proper cold and hard road, it can do around 200km maybe.

ОтветитьIf the speedo was reading ~5% high, that means that the distance travelled, as reported by the car is also 5% high.
So about 304km rather than 320.
Just came to here with my popcorns to read the comments about "lower density air".
I was a bit sad (not really) after the comment about the indicator and Audi drivers. I drive Audi and use indicator meticulously.
The blinker must be a Norway thing. Here in the USA we don’t do that. LOL

ОтветитьThe range of this car is for me very disappointed. 320 Km range by speed of 90/h. What is the range by 120 km/h? 220km? I know it was -5° outside but what would be by -15°C or by driving with speed of 140m/h? 😩 terrible

Most people seem to not understand that this hidden feature exists!

I wouldn't recommend using Audi Matrix-LED on the Autobahn. Its main intention is to be used on country roads. Opels Matrix-LED shuts off above 120km/h and goes to an Autobahn mode to avoid blinding truck drivers. The trucks headlights can't be recognized through the fencing between the roads and therefore it shouldn't be activated.
