After 3 months. I resolved my childhood trauma related to my dad. I am in my new version and my sp is a good man. I affirm him as a good man cos I understood I created my 3d reality as a hell. Now I create my heaven on earth. 😃😇

Hi Elle. I came across your channel by accident a few weeks ago and I a so happy I did!!!! In the past 5-7 days, thoughts of my SP have been popping in my head (only the positive ones), this hadn't happened for months. I have always thought, if he randomly pops in my head it means he is thinking of me- so I am guessing this is a good indication my SP is on his way. Thanks for your videos

Can someone tell me that I have been affirming but I got a dream where I still saw my sp in the old version of himself . But I remember I woke up and while in sleep I started affirming again. Kind of lucid dream . What should I do if I'm still dreaming of his old state ? Does it matter ?

Hi Elle love your channel. I've spiraled and reacted alot recently just starting to learn not to do that. My ex sp phones me every day but says only wants to be friends I know cause of bad self concept and opposing thoughts about her. Being constient is key to manifesting her back? I am only 3 and a bit months into my law of assumption journey. It's been crazy emotional rollercoaster so far tbh. Any advice going forward I am persisting in new story as I said I did spiral on off 3 weeks all part of the ride lol.

I haven’t experienced any movement in my 3D, but on the inside I’ve had tons meaning Dreams have revealed to me and let me know, I’m on the right path and I’m happier overall and remember the old thoughts and feelings have to unfold and de clutter from your subconscious in order for the new assumptions to materialize.

Hi Elle. Would be so grateful for your advice. Have a friend I would like to transition to romance. However it's been a long time and now I think I have some anxiety and over attachment to this. I wish I didn't but I do. What specifically is the best approach in terms of disconnecting and getting a breakthrough? Assume he's coming, assume he's never coming, accept he's probably coming but it may take a long time? Try and push him completely out of my mind? Etc.
I keep feeling I'm on the brink of getting there but I also feel I need to tweak something.
