My new favourite yoga practice 😍

Hello, does anybody have good tips for fixing slippery yoga mats? I have one the Harmony one from Jade Yoga, and it's meant to have a really good grip, but I keep one slipping. Not only with my hands, but also my feet. It's, quite honestly, frustrating. I just want to hold my downward dog without fearing a belly flop :(

What a beautiful practice today. It was my first time coming into bird of paradise, (without leg extension). I used the wall to get me into it for balance and support. I am really seeing how much my body and mind are capable of with a daily yoga practice.

What a beautiful challenging practice.

This was such a fun class. I wanted to cry of joy when I was actually able to get the bird of paradise pose. My left bird was better than my right but still, I was so happy to finally get it!
