That is a sexy bit of storage!!
ОтветитьGreat work. Looks awesome. Thank you for the video.
ОтветитьI don’t know where you get the information that dado stacks are illegal in Europe. It is not in Sweden anyhow.
ОтветитьAccording to google, those rabbet blades are illegal because they are "unsafe", yeah that's it...
ОтветитьThey aren’t banned. You can freely buy them. local or imported.
However, EU regulations require a specific braking/stopping time for the blade, after the saw is powered down.
Because of the increased mass of a dado stack, manufacturers would need to install a stronger braking system to comply with those regulations.
Rather than do this, most manufacturers instead cut the arbor short and state that their saw isn’t dado stack compatible.
Great video but I often wonder why every video shows cordless tool storage but a lot of people might have money to stick to cordless but there are many people that have some cordless and some corded tools. Why can't videos show storage for both cordless and corded tools. I have cordless tools and corded tools
ОтветитьThank you for being safe with the tools. There are lots videos of other people. not using safety equipment. It's encouraging to see a creator using safety tools.
ОтветитьLol- Now you need to make something useful from all of those cutouts
Love this! Plans noted for my future shop once we move to our new home.
Tyfs!
I am addicted to your channel! My only suggestion would be to NOT include background music (no offense to the musicians/composers) but YOU are a RIOT to watch and listen to!! Sometimes the music is distracting. Please don't be offended by this, I guess I just like hearing your voice over the music!!
ОтветитьWhere can I find a set of those Earplugs...?
Ответить"The other one had four, but we'll add one more, to account for the drawer...." Nice! Spittin' rhymes while building awesome storage. Thank you for that!
ОтветитьI love both cabinets, but where are all your charging stations?
ОтветитьI like how you timed the wipe transition with pulling the 1/4" plywood out of the stack. That was a cool idea.
ОтветитьI keep hearing you say 'me nails' what exactly are they?
ОтветитьIts always nice to have the room to make these organizing systems.
If you want a stable cabinet don't use the weak pockethole system. Just use dowels, cheaper en much much stronger.
Hey Brad, if I buy the plans and build this could you make the blade organizer available for sale? Thanks David
ОтветитьYour sense for functionally-aesthetic organization is amazing!
Ответитьnice to see you arnt making mistakes anymore wish i could do that
ОтветитьAs always very useful videos and ideas.
Does anyone in Europe really know what's up with the "Dado blades"?
Love it! Nice work Brad.
ОтветитьVery cool great idea
ОтветитьLet me get to my X-Carve machine........
ОтветитьLove the layout. Been looking for ideas for my drills, I really like the pull-out board for the bits.
ОтветитьEurope blows
ОтветитьIt might be nice to have the bottom drawer on a hinge to drop down. This would be nice for those of us who are shorter.
ОтветитьDidnt you showcase a label maker recently? I cannot find the video or the link. Thanks!
ОтветитьBrad, your well organized shop has me now redoing my ENTIRE, very cluttered one car garage shop! I had placed bead board on the entire space and nailed woodworking items to see it. Now I am thinking cabinets are the way to go to kept the "cluttered" appearance overwhelming and the dust off the tools! I love your videos and the projects you make! And your editing is superb! Thank you for all you videos you post!
ОтветитьYou’re the best……informative and a good comedian…. Hehehehe
ОтветитьLove the video! You have got to have the the most smooth, shiny/ reflective table saw surface I’ve ever seen! How do you do it?
ОтветитьWait, is the term Rabbit? Or Ravit? Or What? I hear it different in different places
ОтветитьThanks Brad, You have inspired me. I have 100s/m of mess atm. constantly looking for things cause they have no homes. I tell people it's cause I'm genius and thats how we work but thats BS. I'm just too tired from searching all day to tidy up.
ОтветитьWhat type of plywood is that
ОтветитьHi Brad, nice build, another area for that cabinet/storage would be pneumatic tools if you have them anymore, I know I do and would consider building such a cab.
ОтветитьNice....Too bad very few of us have a $2,500+ CNC machine in our shop. Not that it can't be done much more tediously.
ОтветитьDado blades are illegal in EU because of safety regulations as DADO blades can't use a Riving knife. So the Arbors are made deliberately shorter.
ОтветитьGetting me thinking now. I love the cabinet but that organizer with the X-Carve is so sweet. It really takes it up a notch Great job!
Ответить# you do not like sharp circular saw blades if you stack them have them sliding around because I know most people do not sharpen them which can be an expensive hobby
ОтветитьGreat job as always my mate, thanks 👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьI just want to say thank you. I have one wall for tool storage in my garage. I had French cleats with independent holders and they basically covered the wall. I bought the plans and this holds about 12 tools and room for a few more. Plus accessory drawer. Awesome design and a must for a small shop.
ОтветитьTechnically a Robertson (square) drive bit isn't dead when it starts torquing out of the screws. Use a grinder wheel and take off a quick 1/16 from the far square end of the tip and you've then moved up 4 fresh corners to engage your screws.
ОтветитьHi Brad, what table saw are you using please?
ОтветитьEveryone is using Baltic birch in all these videos. No one around me seems to have it. But it really seems to be the best stuff.
ОтветитьYou tube need to know about that
ОтветитьNice vids
ОтветитьAzebaijan hello
ОтветитьGood video, not paying for plans
Ответитьmise en place... if you kno u kno
ОтветитьCozy on the finger... man that made me snort laugh!! Great job as usual!
