Thanks mate. Nice work. I had 2 x 120x in my camper for a few years... never had an issue. I couldn't fault them... regardless of price. Ran everything in my camper... sometimes fridge and fans all night in the tropics, etc. Recently sold the camper... but couldn't have been happier with the setup. Subbed too. Cheers 🍻
ОтветитьI have the new 120X small form factor battery (105 usable) and using similar loads and Victron shunt and Im getting consistently 110-111 ah before shut down. FYI, Im using mine under bonnet.
ОтветитьThats is what i would expect never the full rated claim however !! Cheep is cheep !! And so are promises !!! Not to knock it !! When you purchase a renogy or equivalent quality named brand of battery, the specs always meet their promised rated usage but at least it is close to expected and its been used for a few years !! Like king’s cheep and probably worth it !! My opinion only 😎
ОтветитьStay away from iTech I’m not happy with my 4 X 120 system
ОтветитьKeep testing buddy
Well done as usual
Honest and unbiased
Honestly that's pretty poor. e.g. Renogy 100ah, you actually get 106ah out of it.
ОтветитьHow does this compare with the 120X Pro battery?
ОтветитьI just ran a test on my 2 x iTech 120X which a set up in parallel. I got 194 Ah before everything shut down! I think their 105 Ah is a little optimistic!
ОтветитьNathan from ExploreOz gave a much better explanation of this
ОтветитьGreat test, and Ep, There tests are done at a set temp to,
ОтветитьNever had a issue with the battery but mine shut down at 100amps. iTech world telling porky pies with their batteries. Think they are inly 100amp with 80 amp useable based on safe discharge...
ОтветитьHi mate thanks for that i own one as well and have no problems. Sorry where is the video of you rebooting it. I can’t see or find it
ОтветитьGreat video, thanks.
ОтветитьHi what does 120x mean thax again
ОтветитьSame yeah maybe they could be better but I have never had a drama with mine either
ОтветитьI bought a Powerhouse 120ah lithium battery for about $800 (along with a victron solar controller and 240v charger), 2 months ago to replace a nearly dead 100ah AGM in our van.....I'm so impressed with it I'll be buying 2 more to put in our new van next year to replace the 2 standard AGMs that come in it
