Windows 10 and 11 Wont Boot, How To Fix UEFI Partition

i seem to have a strange problem with my computer i did a restart and when it restarted i got GSOD suddenly i used a boot disk for my backup program and when i looked it seemed that my c: drive had changed letter and now now showing as F: drive i dont now how to change it back and if it would fix it if i did can you please do video on this problem as i see on internet that it's quit a big problem thanks

Hi. I have a problem on my win11 and i would really appreciate if someone can help. I have successfully done a clone copy of my windows pc C: disk and after i change the ssd when running the pc show the following problem: "0xc000000E". Anybody know how to fix this? Thank you

I followed all the instruction in this video and it was fine until I reached the "list disk" step. Only the USB disk showed up, no other partition ? so I couldn't complete the process from there. What"s wrong. Just for info, on a another previous attempt to fix the BCD from another video using fixboot fixmbr, bcdbackup, attrib c:\boot\bcd -
h -r -s (at the time I didn't know my sys is UEFI). Mind you this has been a great experience.😅 Where to go from here ?

I cloned my entire main windows drive to another disk but after trying to boot into it I get a bcd error, but unfortunately mine continues to show the boot error after doing this even with bcd being fixed. Sadly I formated my original drive before trying out the cloned one and now I'm stuck with a broken windows

I’ve been building and working on windows pc’s for years! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had to fix peoples systems who have ruined their boot files. Every time I painfully followed a tutorial, hoping it would be the last time I’ll tell you this after watching this I got it down pat and I’ve even tested it!!!Thank you so much.!

Rebuilding the UFEI partition did the trick for me, I was about to pull out my backup drive to clone the primary drive. After a fresh install of Windows 11 to a new NVMe drive I used Hasleo WinToHDD clone it to an external drive, the cloning process completed successfully, but somehow the cloning process corrupted the UFEI partition and when I rebooted the system it went to the BSOD. Can't believe how delicate these NMVe drives are never seen this happen before with mechanical HDDs.

When I enter the bcd bk it says this drive is locked by bitlocker drive encryption😢

I have so many missing files I didn’t see half of what you saw and I can’t find my windows file. Tried reinstalling operating system but for some reason computer says there is one and can’t use the media drive to fix it. Can’t find windows file anywhere

I have a kali linux install in one of the drives with windiws 11. Windows 11 is booting but kali linux boot loader is not coming up to boot kali. How to fix this please?

When I boot from usb and select repair I just get stuck at a blank blue screen with the curser, if I press enter it returns to the install window and when I select repair again it just flashes and returns to the same screen. This is driving me nuts

my PC ended up at "the boot configuration data file doesn't contain a valid information for an oprating system and its has refuse to pass that" pls what can i do to restoe my PC I'm installing from a new HDD not the HDD that came with PC.

It's not a deal breaker to me if i lose my data and have to just reinstall, i don't have anything important on my Windows drive, but the fact that i can boot into it whilst the installation media is in place tells me that there's just an error somewhere in my dual boot process. Linux and Windows don't always play nice.

Great and very helpful video. Is it necessary to use the usb at last to upgrade my pc option because after recreating bcd file my laptop works normally same as before.

This is great. Cant boot up the computer but your first suggestion is boot up the pc and go to google. Fucking stupid. Btw "tutorial" doesnt start til 4min into the video.

My problem is more serious than the repair you have given in your videos to fix an unbootable drive. My problem started after opening up laptop to clean the inside. When reassembling, I did not properly insert the thin ribbon cable for the mouse pad, causing a shot circuit at boot time. I have an MBR partition with windows 10 on a SSD drive. I have viewed and tried all your tips including the 1703 tip and I think I know the problem. I cannot find a hidden partition (fat32) +-50mb or any other. The drive is readable via other means. This is why it is important to have a proper backup and recovery drive which unfortunately I do not have. I have been interested in computers since DOS and win3 as hobby, but this is bit tricky for me. Can you help? Enjoyed your videos, easy to understand and follow. Thanks

When I get to the first boot menu to set the language etc. I cannot move the cursor. Keyboard and mouse don't work.

I was able to boot with the loss of files - but those can be recovered. The only thing now is that it continues to say windows couldn’t sign me in and suggests to sign out

When I type bcd edit I get "the boot configuration data store could not be opened" how screwed am I?😅

Moved and rebuilt my Windows UEFI boot. Worked perfectly. Now using separate bootable drives for Win 11 and Fedora with no interaction between them. Now windows can't screw it up!!! Thank you!!!

When I saw this video, I, as a precaution, made a backup of my BCD. Today, thanks to that backup, I was able to repair my system. Thanks man. You helped a lot with this video and I mean it. 😊

I have a Biostar H61MGV3 board that seems to support UEFI boot but whenever i try to install windows in UEFI mode i get a blue screen with error inaccessible boot device before the setup initiates. How can i fix this? Is it even possible to have this board run windows in UEFI?

id like to point out that you never explained to users that you assigned a drive letter, and never removed it.

TL:DR; On Windows 10 I'm having 2-3 sec stutter, that some seem to blamed on UEFI security measures (randomly checking something and hogging resource)?
I'm having random stuttering (of both video and audio) its like it drops to 2 FPS for 2-3 seconds (I don't need to be in a GPU/CPU intensive game or app) , I can't find video examples of it online and most fixes for stuttering seem to be focused on in game stutter or just audio stutter or crackling...
BUT a few text threads have blamed UEFI somehow. its been happening for about 2 years but small changes in stuttering behavior makes me look for a solution every few months... and usually give up. Do I have to disable secure boot or just switch to Linux?
PS: when Windows 11 was new there was a seemingly similar issue blamed on UEFI and a update was expected, this was the first time I gave up and just hoped for a fix via windows update, I reiterate this PC has always been on windows 10.
