Thanks for the vid! Does this work with blurring as well? I want to blur entire screen except for 1 rectangle part. Can I use this tool or do you suggest something else?

You should avoid using the qualifier as much as possible. For the bag, there was no reason to use the qualifier, then use hue vs hue only target that area. That’s redundant. If you were editing for Netflix, that would not be an acceptable method because If you zoom in, you’ll probably have artifacting there. Qualifier is good to use, but only when necessary.
