My 1st job after college was aerial acrobat on cruise ships. Today I'm a VP at a global company, own 3 rental properties, invest in stocks and biz, built my own business, and have my net worth increase by $500k in the last 4 years..........

I did not see any information provided how he was able to generate 1.5 L per month in passive income. He only spoke about 2 of his flats. but did not mention how is able to generate 1.5 L from them. Dont make videos just for views.

Basically break your back, grow a belly, eat shit food, marry a man or woman who lives with a similar mindset, get diabetes and heart disease by your late 30s....Only to live the rest of your life in an old age home with dementia on your passive income.
