I can't tell you how many times I come back to listen to this. No other singer compares. She just grabs you by the soul and takes you to a place where all the feelings are finally safe to be felt. No matter what else is happening around you, it melts away into the background. You cannot help to be anything other than ultimately present and vulnerable. Bravo!

She brought climax to this song. I love the emotions put into this which made the story telling exactly what I looked for. Just enough. Came out naturally I guess. Love it. Yes I also love K. McPhee's version because it's soooo pleasant to the ears, perfect notes each syllable, but this interpretation got me emotionally.
