Honestly this video also had a bunch of other weird inaccuracies. I would look at other videos before you try this. This isn't the first time Tasty has gotten the measurements wrong, but honestly, they know that most people who watch this will never actually make it...sigh.

ОтветитьThis is the closest I've come to restaurant-style tikka masala. It was delicious! I didn't have ginger so I used dried, ground ginger and you couldn't tell the difference. Popped the marinaded chicken in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 160c and then added it to the sauce to cook. Perfection!

ОтветитьThere are so many ways I've found to make this, but this has to be the most simple, comprehensible and straightforward recipe as well as video I've found so far. Also, baking the chicken with skewers is genius, why have I never thought about that??? Definitely a good starter recipe to use as a base to experiment with.

ОтветитьThank you for the easy to follow recepie. Few questions : 1. Can I fry the marinated chicken for 2 minutes on each side with some oil in the pan instead of grilling it for 15 minutes ? 2. Isn't 2 teaspoons chili powder A LOT ? (I'll need fire extinguisher in standby for my mouth :O) ) 3. You need to add at least 1/2 tbsp of salt to the sauce.
