You can get the cyber hands during the day, it’s a cool part but the hands are pretty weak at only 49 damage with no slots.

I've got to admit it's taken me 30minutes to find this chicken because for whatever reason you showed your location on the map and didn't make it clear that the spot you circled a couple times with your cursor was where it was. I looked for this brick building all around where your character was standing. Hopefully the rest of the video isn't this in the dark
