It worked when I follow the below step.
paste this code " define('WP_TEMP_DIR', dirname(__FILE__) . '/wp-content/temp/'); " in wp-config.php file before the test ending with /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

create temp folder in wp-content folder. It will work
