I was totally enchanted by that bird. Sounds a bit different from those we have here in Denmark. If I were there I would most likely have sit and looked around towards the ceiling for the sound, even though the bird is probably outside.
What the creation was trying to say through it at that moment I probably wouldn't have picked up. I would only have noticed that something inside me would've been touched deeply in some way.

The person I consider my guru seemingly walked out of my life yesterday and told me to go and make bold decisions. I spent a considerable amount of time today crying at the loss but somehow the pain was not as cutting as I expected. Every time I thought of them, and even through my tears, I felt such indescribable joy and profound love. I realized that my guru would always be with me and that there really is no such thing as separation. Sadhguru, whom I have just discovered, confirmed this thought for me at the end of the video. I spent another 10 minutes ugly crying into my food. Somehow in my guru's 'absence' they are still teaching me many lessons. I maintain my position as their disciple.
