I think the reason why Philippine Army are the best shooters because they don't want to waste bullet.

The politicians and and the senate should actually pool some of the funds to the modernization of our armed forces at the current state the regular infantry men has the skill to be a good soldier but equipment that was used way back in vietnam the former glory of the Philippines as one of asias powers needs to be restored or we'll be easy pickings in the near future.

Why dont you train our regular soldiers so that whenever they are deplyed and faced an ambush they will have an edge to the enemy. And we will not loss soldier's lives just like what happens recently.

It's a known fact that we do have TOP shooters in the Philippines and also in the US (Fil Ams). But I see foreigners doing training to our soldiers. We have a lot of Filipino top shooters to do it. Our Filipino brothers are very capable and have more actual field fighting experience.
