office 365 is the bane of my fucking existence man.

Thanks...but my problem is changing the data type when you're loading. For example, your first field 001 shows up as 1 after you load because it made it numeric. With Excel 2010, I could change it to a text field so I could have it shows as 001 on the spreadsheet. Can't get this to work in Excel O365.
