how many times should i repeat this workout a day? or 1 is enough? im doin it for 5days and it s very good, just courius.
ОтветитьHello there. I occasionally practice sword techniques and I'm more comfortable with one-handed sword combat at the moment. Thanks for making this tutorial quick and simple.
ОтветитьDooku was a baller. He took on two of the Jedi Order's best in Anakin and Obi-Wan multiple times. Took on Yoda and was the Master of Qui-Gon Jinn. Possibly one of the top 5 Jedi ever before his fall to the Darkside. He saw the writing on the wall with the corruption of the Jedi and how they became weak and arrogant.
Dooku was a gentleman, refined, eloquent, a political idealist, a servant of the Force not the corrupt Senate and their petty politics.
Form II: the form was invented to defeat other opponents with lightsabers, henceforth its common to salute the opponent before engaging in a duel. The key is doing as much as possible whilst moving as little as possible. This form is best summarized by count dooku (as we all know)!
ОтветитьWay better than The Sequel Trilogy.
ОтветитьI accidentally always switched to one handed dueling with my friends so one of them eventually suggested this to me
ОтветитьI don't know a huge amount about fencing but why are there no/hardly any attempts to thrust with the sabers (only cut) if this is based on fencing? Is it something to do with perhaps making yourself too vulnerable to a counter if it fails, so it's maybe not worth the risk?
ОтветитьAlot of those are WEAK....I've tried REAL fencing...so I know!
ОтветитьTrying to
make a combination with form 2 and 5 in my fighting style
The forms a quite different but It’s gotta be possible
Should have used a curved hilt😢
ОтветитьDoesn't make sense, because Dooku never uses these types of movements.
ОтветитьSo ancient, elegant and simple ❤
ОтветитьMakashi is easy for me, since I have an injured hand I only have to use one.
ОтветитьDon't hold your hand behind your back. It tightens your shoulder and makes it harder to balance. Just keep in a neutral position and somewhat out of the way.
ОтветитьAm having some trouble but still first time
ОтветитьI know this is like two years late but if I was a force user ( not included the biased idiots aka Jedi and Sith ) would probably focus on many areas rather than one maybe make my own style based on somewhat unpredictable or practice so much it would be unnoticed I’ve changed forms but I don’t really bother 😊
Ответитьbest lightsaber form who wants a defense/offense hybrid?
ОтветитьCount Dooku is my favorite character of all Star Wars and now that o have enough age to play with a colored stretchable plastic stick without falling off my hand I can finally learn Dooku’s elengant form of lightsaber combat: Makashi or also known as form 2.
ОтветитьDisney has basically ruined lightsaber combat they should hire you guys to show them how it's done
ОтветитьI want to do this it looks so fun.
ОтветитьThat is definitely a form an aristocrat would choose.
BTW I am digging your videos I want to start training soon.
One question what lightsabers do you use
ОтветитьNote to self: in basic stance just hold with both hands for stronger attacks and more solid defense well using the precise swing strikes and THRUSTS.
As you block and move oponits blade when opening strike to cripple your enemy
Important question does this apply for Dual wield or can you use all forms dual wielded I’m making my own pvc Lightsabers and planning to make later make Splitable Cal Kestis saber out of PVC
Ответить@Mikestarwalker Do you have a video on the Techniques Anakin used during the Episode 2-3 era? Also, I am going to write my versions of Star Wars Capture The Flag. Not sure if you have played Capture The Flag before but it is fun. We have done a basic Star Wars Capture the Flag in my family before you should try it. I will keep you updated May The Force Be With You
ОтветитьIt's sad that none of my friends are interested in lightsaber coreocraphy
ОтветитьAn extra way to fuck with your enemy is main this with your left hand
ОтветитьNot a makashi stance
Ответитьremember, this form was made just because Sir Cristopher Lee was proficient in Fencing and thought it was a good idea to implement it in his character
ОтветитьWhat if they go for your legs
ОтветитьThis is really sabre fencing as i practice for competetition
ОтветитьThis is the best lightsaber form for realism, as it is all based off of real footwork and guards/parries in fencing and HEMA. You guys did an amazing job, great work!
ОтветитьAre there any forms that would be ideal for a left-handed swordsman?
Ответитьi feel makashi is a beautiful form for choreographing, its elegant and graceful, yet deadly accurate
ОтветитьPlease do Vaapad.
ОтветитьJust got the new count Dooku Jedi saber and I’m excited
ОтветитьAn elegant, noble , Gentleman style
ОтветитьIt actually looks very similar to how one would fight with a rapier
ОтветитьHi! Can you please offer som insight as to the equipment (sabers) you are using? Thank you!
ОтветитьDefinately useful in a Kindergarten
ОтветитьWhy yes
My style of choice
Count dooku is easily my favorite character in star wars! And I'm so happy to find a tutorial on form II
ОтветитьThanks so much for this i cutted off my friend Kinana Skyrunner's hand he didn't stand a chance lol
ОтветитьSo if my opponent makes brash and big movements, would this be good to combat that? Ik makashi is somewhat close quarters combat so it might not be so good for it but i need a second opinion
ОтветитьWhen a Jedi dies, the only thing left behind are his clothes. So a ghost Jedi should be naked.
ОтветитьI just realized that this is count Dooku’s style
Ответитьand the gangam style?
ОтветитьYea!!! Just spoke with you on Instagram, thanks for helping me find the video!!! Can't wait for form 5!!!
ОтветитьI think my Dad cheats in our lightsaber fights, I’ve learnt to counter his “move” I just have to *s t a b*
ОтветитьI got my saber in the mail the other day I've been just watching your videos like crazy learning some new things with the saber but thing of it reminds me of kendo the way of Japanese sword fighting. The way the Jedi did there saber tricks. Even the Sith as well they all indeed looked like they had Kendo and maybe some ninjitsue training.
