OBC Certificate | Confusions rectified | Good Step from Tamilnadu Government

Does anyone got OBC certificate with salary above 8lakhs from private job. In Eseva center or taluk office, they say salary is also considered on 8lakhs income limit. so they say if the salary is above 8 lakhs , then not eligible for OBC certificate. Please comment on it
