Had the Momentum True Wireless II for a while, and while they can sound utterly amazing, it's hard to get them to charge properly. May be worth taking into consideration before purchase. As convenient as they can be, I think I'll stay with wired IEM's.

when will you launch momentum true wireless 3 ?

Im really confused because for a while I saw them advertised on Qualcomm's aptx products as low latency and only a few days before launch they removed them from that category. Also the battery life per charge used to be shown as like 8 or 9 hours and now I dont see that information even on your product page on sennheisers website. I was really excited to buy these at launch but I'm in the dark now. I wanted to use these for gaming (I currently use Sennheiser PXC ii, but would love an ear bud true wireless option)

You can tell the new owners of the consumer base Sennheiser products on this commercial Very different than the true full Sennheiser commercials and I really hope the extra bass mode doesn’t get rid of the world famous Sennheiser sound.

A transparency mode would make these a killer though!

Sennheiser gotta work on that atrocious design choice. These things look so huge and chunky and unlike something like the Sony's, the weight isn't distributed properly evenly so these stick out like crazy. Smh.

Just bought these but might be returning them.
You can't set volume control with a 1,2, or 3 taps. It's stuck on press and hold.
This is ridiculous.
3 band eq, need to be at least 5.
They do sound great but those are deal breakers for me.

I think after Losless+spatial audio+dolby atmos came in apple music this year the only company can take it to the next level is SH. i really hope that the next Momentum true wireless 3 comes with loseless+spatial audio. It makes things miles better

After loading the headphones i tried to pair them but the left headphone does not turn on. even if I long press to pair it the right one does.
I cleaned the contacts and put them back in the case and let them charge but the left one does not work.
Even the same application tells me that only one headset is connected.

I've already sent two requests without getting a reply, I don't know who to turn to anymore, it's incredible that a prestigious brand like yours is completely ignoring one of your customers.

I bought a pair of Senheiser CX Plus True Wireless earbuds two months ago. The right earbud has stopped working. The lights in the earbud do not turn on, and the earbud stopped sounding too. I am trying to reach out to your support team to claim my money back (or have a new pair of earbuds sent). These are not cheap earbuds for them to stop working properly two months from the date I bought them.

senseless video - nothing about the product, only sound and short views ...

I got them 9 months , both pods broken , one cutting off the sound , the other don’t connect to the Bluetooth, wouldn’t buy these ones as they will brake quickly , and I was taking care of them , both pods broken and nobody fix them.😢

I have a question, is there anyway i can turn off the transparency? Like i dont want to hear things like plastic or running water while listening to music, and theres no setting on the app to turn it off. I dont know if mine is defective or its supposed to be like this

Multiple issues, a couple of times only sound from one side. Do not buy

They sound amazing, indeed. Unfortunately they don't stay into ears, due the lack of a hook or a proper tip...
