so for me the issue is my pc doesn't allow me to change volume its just stuck at at a point idk how it happened but i can only use my headset to change the volume and idk how to fix it so i can use fn+f2/f3 again

I can hear your audio just fine. I've contacted makers telling them their audio is too low and I've done all I can on my end and everything on my end is set fine. The ones who replied told me they set their stuff to the industry standard. SAD. lol
There's nothing you nor I can do to fix THEIR issues. lol I'm just going to quit watching those too low audio videos.

my solution was / Device Manager, Digital Media Devices, Uninstall TV. / the problem is that there was no communication between the TV and Video card high definition sound. HDMI , not a sound problem, not a video card problem, it was the TV communication problem.
