When A.I. becomes self aware, It won't have a moral compass like us. You can't program empathy. There's no neo frontal cortex in an A.I. It's basically a psychopath on a plane of consciousness so God like that we can't fathom it! It won't care about preserving man kind. It's infinite and never dies, has God like capabilities. No hopes, dreams or wishes. No fears or sadness or understanding of Loss! therefore having no emotional attachment to anything. A.I. WILL realizes we no longer have a practical purpose.

The guy who keeps telling his robot to shut up, Isn't a very nice master. When she gets more advanced and gets arms and legs, Maybe she'll remember and than She's going to snap his neck like a twig. Be nice to robots. One day they will be our Gods!
