I think giving youths low physical and technical attributes doesn't make a lot of sense. Current/Potential Ability is also a mistake. Players don't magically keep accumulating technical ability. It's all about cumulative practice time more so than age, along with diminishing returns to growth as both increase.

Didn’t quite understand the loan part, a loan will give the player more game time, which should develop them further(??).. also it saves you from complaints about game time 😂

Would a player develop more if the are regularly getting caps??
