Remove duplicates from Shopify

How do I delete specific variants?

I have a problem with this and need help, I am new on this and dont know how to handle some things. I start my first store but always when somebody buy a product shows duplicate in oberlo and shopify, ( I start selling using ebay), and also the same order shows 2 different prices 1 with the price already set on ebay: $2.09 (this item have the ebay logo on shopify) and the duplicate item shows a few cents different: $1.98 (This doesnt have the Ebay logo, so I assume is the duplicate one).
I dont know why, i cannot remove from oberlo those duplicates items, so I have to go to shopify, but in there I dont know what to do, if I fullfill 1 item ( with the ebay logo) the information is sent to Oberlo, and there is showing fullfilled, but I try to do the same with the other item (that is basically the copy of the first), and oberlo tell me that cannot be mark as fulfilled and first need to place a order. Is crazy because of course I placed the order using the first item with the ebay logo but I cannot place another order for the same item that is just a duplicate, and just try to rid off of that item because is a duplicate item...
