The GTX 1630 makes absolutely no sense except for being a cash grab from Nvidia. Shame on them.

I wouldn't mind a 1630 it's basically a 1050 non TI version but slightly better I think it would be a very welcome upgrade to us that are not very strong financially i mean I am running an gt 640 2GB ddr3 card paired with an i5 4590 how good of an upgrade from my 640 to 1630 be I'm from south Africa and here prices on almost everything tech related is sky high

1630 was meant for home theater pc to playback 4k movies at 60fps not for gaming, but the price could be lower maybe around $125.

everything will depend on the price, because it doesn't make sense for the product to have a reduced performance for the GTX line if the price doesn't compensate. If it gets close to the value of a gtx 1050ti, the product will fail i markeplace without a doubts

An RTX gpu with terrible performance can be forgiven because of its dlss features but there's no way for a non rtx card to improve its base performance not counting overclocking.

The card is not bad if it's $100

In other words: stick it out with muh ol' GTX 1050 4GB. At only 75W the GTX 1050 probably draws less power too.

Even with gddr6 memory it loses to old gddr5 gpu
