In this Escape from Tarkov challenge, I put the MP-18 shotgun to the test, using only this unconventional weapon to complete Mechanic's infamous Shooter Born in Heaven task. Will I manage to endure Escape from Tarkov's grueling slog of murder while using a soviet era stick?
