You don't mention how the car smelled with all those dead mice? But a ton of work before it's drivable; engine belts, hoses, filters, fluids, suspension dried out, a/c dried out, brake rotors, etc. What's it worth as shown, maybe 12k. Black isn't a winning paint finish these days. Weirdly low mileage also a red flag, maybe the clutch is burned out/ gearbox damaged.
