I know there's a lot of info on 'industry standard' tools but they're quite expensive.
Any low/mid price electric sanders and planers you can recommend?

Can you provide some information on the product you are rolling on the board after the hotcoat? No need to provide a brand name, just the basics, like acrylic or waterborne poly, and gloss, satin, or matte. Thank you!

I too, am a fan of the DA sander, but find it does’nt get the sand coat flat enough for a gloss & polish.......that last layer of glass over the boxes must creat a wonderfull edge.

Just wondering where you get good, white rice paper from for the logo. I’ve Ebayed some and it’s got a brown shade to it under the glass. I’m assuming you use rice paper unless you do it with something else.
