Amazing! Thanks for the time and effort, even if it wasn't edited I'd love to have an angle of you shaping any board at all! Thank you so much, always looking forward to these!
ОтветитьThat deck colour looks sick! I reckon cutting it off under the deck so it's just a rail colour would look epic too! 😎
Ответитьshes a ripper! 😍
ОтветитьAMAZING! What head you youse for ur milling machine ? - For install the finbox?:)
ОтветитьOk. Dumb question time... What's up with the notched skegs?? I've never seen that before. Doesn't that notch weaken the fin and make it easier to break off????
ОтветитьWhat did you roll on the board before you sanded 300 grit ?? Looks amazing
Ответитьis swaylocks still around?
ОтветитьNice looking board!!!!!!!
Ответитьwhat kind of foam is that?
Ответитьgreat! sorry I may have asked this in another video. did you just roller on the gloss coat?
ОтветитьBoard in fire 🔥, hope to ride that soon!
Ответить👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 Need I say more
ОтветитьGeorgeous board, excellently filmed, and very informative
ОтветитьWhere could I buy one of your boards?
Ответитьtrue inspiration! I would love to hear you talk about how you came about your method.
ОтветитьNice work mate .. Can you share how much resin you use to make this board ? Cheers from Portugal.
ОтветитьExcelente trabalho.
Parabéns
Is your Mirka sander random orbit, rotary, or dual action? I can’t tell from the vids. I adopted your no tape deck hot coat method, love it
ОтветитьWhere did you get your fin marker tool
Ответитьvery good and perfect senior work
ОтветитьHow is that concrete acrylic sealer working for you, does it turn yellow overtime?
ОтветитьHi ! Really nice work !!!
Which resin's mixture do you use with the paint roller ? And what grit do you use to sand it ?
Thank you so much for the great content 🤙
Great video ,congratulations...very professional.
Ответитьwhat was on the roller?
ОтветитьHey man! great vid as always! Really enjoy learning from your vids :)
I'm about to shape my first surfboard and am now shopping for some tools but am a bit lost.
I know there's a lot of info on 'industry standard' tools but they're quite expensive.
Any low/mid price electric sanders and planers you can recommend?
What was that you rolled on with the paint roller?
ОтветитьA ce niveau , c'est du grand art. J'adore.👏
ОтветитьI cleaned up and glassed a 7' fun gun with my buddy. Can't wait to use it!
ОтветитьShrednaught,
Can you provide some information on the product you are rolling on the board after the hotcoat? No need to provide a brand name, just the basics, like acrylic or waterborne poly, and gloss, satin, or matte. Thank you!
Hi mate- what paints do you use for lam?
ОтветитьIt’s really good to see you surf the boards we understand a filmer is hard to come by but if you can eventually post more surf clips that would be cool 🤟
ОтветитьWhat router bit do you use for the leash plug?
ОтветитьThat is one beautiful board, mate!
ОтветитьWould love to try that board
Amazing job man 🤙
No tienes ni idea 😅
Ответитьorbital sander with vacuum hose👍 good idea. why does everyone install fin boxes after glass though? doesnt futures consider it a before glass fin box?
Ответитьcraftsman! good job bro
ОтветитьI too, am a fan of the DA sander, but find it does’nt get the sand coat flat enough for a gloss & polish.......that last layer of glass over the boxes must creat a wonderfull edge.
ОтветитьGidday Mr Naught🙂
Just wondering where you get good, white rice paper from for the logo. I’ve Ebayed some and it’s got a brown shade to it under the glass. I’m assuming you use rice paper unless you do it with something else.
Thanks in advance.
Love your work👍👍
Such a nice tint! Can't help but be sad about the non wrap on the rails though. A sentence to early death. 😥
ОтветитьHey Shredman check out David Weber Surfboards he is Perth based doing timber boards
Ответитьgreeeat job man love ittt
Ответитьshit, now i need a new surfboard hahahaha, very very nice video. like it
Ответитьkiller thanks i like the bonus surf footage at the end.that water looks unreal
Ответитьsuper video as always your colours are so bright they are just class. after watching the video a second time i relised you did not pin stripe your cut lap but i am thinking there is no need as it is super clean. Do I add the colours to the resin before the catlist??
ОтветитьHow long does it usually take for stuff to go off? You reckon a cabinet maker could build his own boards?
ОтветитьHey dude - board looks great. Why do you use a roller for the final hotcoat instead of standard brush? Or is it not a standard poly hotcoat?
ОтветитьAmazing! 🤯😳
Ответитьwatching you sand makes me miss poly.. very nice board, superclean work!!
ОтветитьWicked job, great colours!!! Man you live in a beautiful place, the water looks amazing!!! Thanks for another great video.
