* I'm listening to Einstein's biography on Audible and he's dealing with antisemitism, can't get a job (the only one in his class to be rejected), dealing with marital/family challenges, manipulative parents, controversy and generally more stuff than I or the average person.
* Breathing daily - or running - or cold plunges really do generate courage.

Bruh I’m watching this with tears in my eyes and here’s why…about a week ago I literally noticed how easily I could project success and confidence after working out and doing some push ups or sit-ups…this is something I legit noticed myself !!! I was depressed and worried and I just jumped into my workout routine I started days earlier and literally noticed how I felt AFTER working out lol. This man knows his sh!t man 😅😅😅 !!!

ОтветитьI, being one who teaches best what I most need to learn, am amazed at the depth and nuance of this brief video on how to change a mental state along with it's near manic delivery. Tony nailed it! Period. The simple change of thought process from one of fear to one of scared shitless confidence, can have quite the dramatic effect on ones self. This simple shift in paradigm lasting only a second or two also imparts enhanced physiology and in some cases a massive psychological injection of chutzpa for lack of a better term. This momentary but instantaneous deployable twist of thinking separates the victors from the survivors and can be the difference between living and dying...Go Figure!!!!
ОтветитьAt 17, I didn't even know how to read. Sure, I could read an application for a job, but at age 40, when my youngest was four, she was learning how to read. I saw her passing my up and so I put out the word to all of my friends, I want to learn how to really read. One friend sent me a series of books to read. It took me 60 pages before I could comprehend what the story was about. I have learned how to read and now, 20 years later. I could read anything. Just saying, most kids are stinkers with no education.

ОтветитьI've been doing this technique of doing something physically and mentally challenging to try and change my mental state on a daily bases. I accepted a job as a fitness instructor because I was afraid to talk to large groups of people and be the center of focus. I also took this on to keep myself in the best physical condition as I have to workout every day. Unfortunately after every class and every workout, 5 mins later I return back to my previous mental state of unhappiness and emptiness. Is there anything else I can try?
