how to show notification badges on apps Xiaomi phone MIUI 14 Android 13

I want the notification badges in circle and not in numbers, How do I change that?

Thanks for the video. Is it normal for badges to disappear once you've cleared all notifications from your drop-down control center? On every other phone, the badges stay there until you go into the app and open the exact message or prompt, but on my new Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus with China ROM, when I swipe away the floating notifications, the badges disappear too. Do you know perhaps a way around this? Thanks
