Thank you for your experiences in helping other people. I have been looking for classes for pain and sore body. I had been practicing with other yoga teachers that I also enjoyed. Lately, my body is been so sore in the joints that any yoga pose hurts. The child poses on my knee it is difficult due to my knee transplant. I am glad I found you so I can continue daily with the yoga poses. I also do a stationary bike and sometimes walk. I like your tone of voice with the slow poses. It is very graceful for me to find you. ❤

ОтветитьIt feels good I did it efore bed and after 14 hours at school and studying again while i was bac at home and everything i didnt have the energy to workout but this helped me move my body and try something new and feel better

They are perfect to Wind down after workout or before sleep..I always feel so much better and more relaxed in General. Since it is not too intense it really feels like relaxation and not like extra Stress on the body. Thank you so much for your content! It adds so much to my life ❤

When you said this was a safe space and to come anytime, my heart skipped a beat and i had a sudden lump in my throat. Almost as if i needed to hear that, thank you so much 💜🥺

ОтветитьI love how open you are with just doing what you can and nothing more. Ive been doing this the past couple of days and this morning i started and i just couldnt. I couldnt do as deep of a stretch as i wanted and I couldnt even finish it, I got 7 minutes in and had to stop. I didnt feel bad at all about it. I actually took a nap because I was very very tired and after my nap I felt so refreshed and was craving coming back so I came back and finished the yoga. It felt so nice to come back and finish it! Thank you for this video I love the way you lead <3
