When I logged in today I still can see the eth shown there. What’s the situation for cases like mine who never participated in their yield programs? I can’t seem to find an answer to this … 😢

To me the argument that we need to accept this MiningCo so that we can get out of Chapter 11 quickly is really stupid and it shows how Simon Dixon just made a lot of damage throughout this bankruptcy, having really no vision, and should be cut out from further discussions because not credible. The orderly wind down is the quickest way out of Ch11 and it will not leave the creditors to promises made just on paper.

Merry Christmas Aaron. I just sent you $10. You have been there with us since the start with all this Celsius crap. I totally am in the same camp as Simon Dixon. I want the mining stock. I bought shares of MARA several months ago and I'm up big bucks. These mining companies can do way better than Bitcoin's price increases. Much higher return. NewMiningCo affords us the opportunity to be made whole if not more than that.
