How does this bomb change course once its rocket motor is discharged? I assume it needs wide turn radius? Does it use a motor propelled fins to change direction?

Russia has similar system called Grom E2 Glide Small Diameter Glide Bombs. They use Glide Bombs with Devastating effect in Eastern Ukraine. The Battle of Bakhmut 20 August 2022 – 20 May 2023)was a major battle on the Eastern Ukraine where Ukraine Army  and its allies unsuccessfully fought the Russian Army  for control of the city of Bakhmut  (later renamed Artemivsk) in Eastern Donbass. The battle was marked by fierce close-quarters combat and direct assaults on civilians in air raids, with the battle epitomizing urban warfare.The Battle of Bakhmut was the deadliest battle to take place during the Russian Ukraine War. Today, the Battle of Bakhmut is universally regarded as the turning point in the Ukraine theatre of war, as it forced the Ukraine High Command to withdraw considerable military forces from other areas in Western Ukraine replace Ukraine losses on the Eastern Front, ending with the rout of the Ukrainian  field armies of Army Group B, including the destruction of 6 of Ukrainian Ellite Guard Brigade and an entire corps of its Eastern Army .The victory at Bakhmut energized the Russian   Army and shifted the balance of power in the favour of the Russians.

As the Russians can jam jack shit they will be effective. In the oncoming offensive against Crimea, these things and the British Storm Shadow will supplement each other. The whole of Crimea is atm basically one big military installation...so plenty of targets.

The M30 & M31 series GMLRS have a Mach 2.5 and is non-ballistic, as compared to the 135 kph GLSDB.
