hi i bought Rn4 MTK from xiaomi dreami from aliexpress but they sent me a faulty model and they dont even want to refund me and they want me to send back for repair but it costs me alot (if u can, could u talk to that seller or convince them)

I got the MI Note4 from china. When I am using in India while giving existing gmail id I am getting google servers not found try again later. I tried so many options but failed to do that. Where do I get the global ROM for MI NOTE4 so that I could install it. Please help me on this...
