When you spend 300$, and then you got pay for subscription to watch moments is pure evil. Alarm and sensors don't work at times or send later notifications room temperature and humidity is way off, it will disconnect and reconnect to wifi often . Over all good product but down the line its like a fancy laundry machine you don'y use 90% of the options(like swaddle blanket) . When you travel you won't take it with you, so you will end up getting a baby bluetooth monitor (which is very comfortable). Also if you on you phone and want to watch your baby at the same time, you can't.

A nice thing to add here is that in order for the Nanit to properly work with the breathing feature, they recommend that you place the wall mount aprx 66" up on the wall... for me that was a little annoying because it limited the way that I could place the furniture in the room... Feng Shui no-no! So, that means you have to pay for the expensive floor stand which is kind of ridiculously priced... Also, it will not track breathing unless you have birds-eye view (ie. won't work with the portable stand)
